Kickframe is the consulting and training company of Tim Dolan.
Tim started Kickframe in 2014 to work directly with organizations as a consultant and trainer, in a way that is independent, collaborative, and agile. The model has stayed deliberately the same since: senior, hands-on work done alongside a client's team, without the overhead or distance of a large firm.

Kickframe helps business leaders and their teams navigate digital and AI and put it to work, through consulting, training, and AI enablement. The work is rooted in marketing, and over the past decade it has spanned financial services, retail, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and life sciences, manufacturing, hospitality, and the arts. Today much of it focuses on helping teams adopt AI in a way that is practical, responsible, and built to last.
Engagements are led by Tim directly. When a project calls for specialist skills, he draws on a trusted network of collaborators, so the work can scale without losing the senior attention that defines how Kickframe operates.

Tim has more than 25 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, and corporate training, and works hands-on with leaders and their teams to turn digital and AI into practical capability. He has designed and delivered programs for more than 5,000 professionals at organizations including McDonald's, Loblaw, TELUS, ATB Financial, Four Seasons, Amazon, and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.
Background
Before founding Kickframe, Tim held senior strategy roles on the agency side, including Vice President positions at Cossette and Blast Radius, leading strategic consulting for global brands such as BMW, MasterCard, Nintendo, and Vodafone.
He holds an MBA and a number of professional certifications that reflect how he works: Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) from the International Association of Facilitators, Certified Training Practitioner (CTP) from the Institute for Performance and Learning, Certified Agile Marketer (ICP-MKG) from ICAgile, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and AI certifications including the AI Fluency Framework & Foundations, Piloting AI, and Scaling AI.
Tim is also a former Instructor and Curriculum Lead for the Canadian Marketing Association's Digital Marketing Certificate, a former mentor at the Transmedia Zone at Toronto Metropolitan University, and a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences.
