Lee Valley had set a digital transformation plan and a clear ambition to shift toward a more digital, data-led model. The open question was enablement: how to translate that strategy into the structure, processes, and capability the marketing team would need to deliver it. Kickframe worked directly with the CMO and the senior leadership team on that part of the problem.
The work combined consulting with the senior team and training for the broader group. Kickframe worked with leadership to define how the marketing team should operate in the new model, including the workflows and the briefing process, and what future-state marketing programs would look like in practice. That thinking was then brought to the wider team through training built around change management, helping people understand what the transformation meant for their work and how to operate within the new processes.
The result was a marketing team aligned around the transformation and equipped to act on it, with the shared understanding and capability to deliver against the company's digital ambitions.
